Roast Beef Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 slices of mild white American cheese.
02 - 3/4 pound of thinly cut roast beef, fresh from the deli.
03 - 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds.
04 - 2 tablespoons of sweet brown sugar.
05 - 12 King's Hawaiian slider buns.
06 - 6 tablespoons of melted butter.
07 - 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.
08 - 3 tablespoons of smooth horseradish spread.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on the oven to 350°F so it’s ready when you need it.
02 - Slice the buns in half. Smear the bottom halves with horseradish spread. Add layers of beef and cheese. Arrange them in a 9x13 dish snugly.
03 - In a small pot, combine butter, brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of horseradish, poppy seeds, and Worcestershire. Warm it up and stir until bubbly.
04 - Drizzle the warm butter mixture all over the sliders. Bake for 20-30 minutes until the tops are golden and crisp.
