→ For Garnish

08 - Chopped parsley, a bit more for color
09 - Lemon wedges, fresh for squeezing

# Instructions:

01 - Once you pull them out, toss on more parsley if you want. Hand out lemon wedges so everyone can squeeze some on top.
02 - Slide the tray in the oven and let them bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Watch for them to turn pink and lose that see-through look.
03 - Lay the shrimp out in a flat row on your lined tray. Space them out so each one cooks just right.
04 - Dump shrimp into a large bowl. Pour in olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, parsley, and Parmesan. Give a shake of salt and pepper. Mix it all up so every shrimp is coated.
05 - Go ahead and turn your oven up to 425°F or 220°C. Put down some parchment paper on your baking tray so cleaning's easy.

# Notes:

01 - Goes awesome on rice, with pasta, or as an easy starter
02 - Rich flavors pop from fresh garlic and herbs
03 - Super fast—only 25 minutes from start to table
