Easter Candy Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 3 cups powdered sugar
02 - 1 tablespoon milk
03 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, soft
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1/2 cup light corn syrup
06 - Pinch of kosher salt
07 - 1 drop yellow food dye

→ Chocolate Layer

08 - 16 ounces melted milk chocolate

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the butter with corn syrup first. Stir in the vanilla, powdered sugar, milk, and a tiny bit of salt. Divide it into two batches and color one yellow.
02 - Line your pan with parchment, then pour in half the melted chocolate. Add the white mix, followed by the yellow mix. Finish with the rest of the chocolate on top.
03 - Chill for about 30 minutes until firm. Heat a knife and slice it up into squares.

01 - Heat your knife for better slices
02 - Swap with semi-sweet chocolate if you want
03 - Adding food dye is entirely up to you
