Crispy Fish Fingers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fish and Initial Spices

01 - 250g of Salmon Fillet or Tilapia/Cod
02 - 1/4 Tsp of Turmeric
03 - 1/2 Tsp of Chili Powder
04 - 1 Tablespoon of Lime Juice
05 - 1/2 Tsp Salt

→ Second Herb Mix

06 - 1 Small Bunch of Cilantro
07 - 1/2 Tsp Whole Cumin
08 - 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds
09 - 1/2 Tsp Black Peppercorns
10 - 1 Inch of Ginger Root
11 - 5-6 Cloves of Garlic
12 - 2 Green Peppers

→ Outer Layer

13 - 1 Big Egg
14 - 1 Cup of Breadcrumbs
15 - 1/2 Cup of All-Purpose Flour
16 - 1 Tsp Olive Oil to Brush

# Instructions:

01 - Chop fish into strips about a finger length and an inch wide.
02 - Rub turmeric, chili powder, lime juice, and salt onto the fish pieces. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
03 - Grind cilantro, black pepper, cumin, mustard seeds, ginger, garlic, green chilies, and a little water into a paste. Spread over fish and let it soak in for 15-20 minutes.
04 - Use three different dishes: one with beaten egg, another with dry breadcrumbs, and a third with plain flour.
05 - Coat each fish stick in flour first, then egg, and finally breadcrumb.
06 - Brush the air fryer basket lightly with oil. Arrange the fish pieces apart so they don’t touch and brush the tops with oil too.
07 - Air fry at 180°C for 15 minutes. Flip halfway for even cooking.
08 - Plate while hot and serve with your favorite sauce and lemon slices.

# Notes:

01 - Chop fish pieces the same size so they cook evenly.
02 - Target internal temp is 145°F (70°C).
03 - Feel free to adjust the heat level to suit your taste.
