Crispy Baked Ranch Chicken (Printable Version)

Tender chicken coated in creamy ranch and a crunchy parmesan layer, then baked up golden and tasty.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs or any kind you've got
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
04 - 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
05 - 4 chicken breasts, skin off and boneless

→ Seasonings

06 - Fresh parsley, chopped up for a pop of color
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt (taste and add more if you want)
09 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
11 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika

# Steps to Follow:

01 - First, fire up your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly oil your baking tray or throw down a sheet of parchment paper.
02 - Grab a shallow bowl and toss in the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix 'em all so it looks even.
03 - Slather ranch dressing over the chicken breasts so they're really coated everywhere. Press each breast into the dry mixture so it gets a nice layer.
04 - Put the breaded chicken pieces on your prepped tray. Drizzle olive oil on top so they crisp up while baking.
05 - Pop the tray in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes. They're done when the inside is 165°F and the tops look crunchy and browned.
06 - Toss parsley over everything and dig in while it's hot. It's awesome with whatever side you like.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Pairs nicely with salads, mashed potatoes, or roasted veggies
02 - For bolder flavor, toss a little more ranch on top before serving
03 - Keeps well for a few days if you're planning ahead
