01 -
Place wings in a mix of water and vinegar (equal parts) and let soak in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Remove, rinse well, and trim any unwanted parts or feather pieces.
02 -
Dry the wings completely with paper towels to ensure they’ll crisp up. Generously coat the wings on all sides with Cajun seasoning and ranch powder. Adjust with salt and pepper if needed.
03 -
Mix baking powder with cornstarch in a bowl. Sprinkle the mixture over wings and toss until all pieces are evenly covered.
04 -
Start by setting your air fryer to broil on high for 4 minutes. Then switch to 400°F air fry mode and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through.
05 -
While the wings are cooking, melt butter halfway along with garlic in the microwave using a large bowl. Stir in parsley, parmesan, red pepper flakes, and hot sauce to create a thick paste.
06 -
As soon as the cooked wings come out of the fryer, dump them into the bowl of garlic butter. Toss everything together using tongs or shake the bowl until evenly coated. Serve hot.
