Juicy pan-seared chicken thighs with a crunchy skin, flavored with garlic and fresh herbs in a rich butter sauce. Simple and tasty for any night.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main

01 - 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on

→ Fats & Oils

02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted

→ Herbs & Aromatics

04 - 1 tablespoon thyme, fresh, chopped
05 - 1 tablespoon rosemary, fresh, chopped
06 - 4 garlic cloves, minced

→ Seasonings

07 - 1 teaspoon paprika
08 - Salt and pepper, as much as you like

→ Optional Ingredients

09 - Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
10 - Lemon juice, 1 tablespoon

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Dry off the chicken thighs using paper towels, then sprinkle generously with paprika, salt, and pepper.
02 - Warm olive oil in a big skillet over medium-high heat. Lay chicken skin-side down and fry until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for another 4-5 minutes.
03 - Turn the heat down to medium-low. Toss in butter to melt, then add minced garlic, letting it cook until it smells amazing. Mix in the rosemary and thyme.
04 - Place the chicken back in the skillet, skin-side up. Spoon the sauce over it, and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until the chicken hits an internal temperature of 165°F.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Drying the chicken first makes the skin crispier.
02 - It goes great with roasted veggies, rice, or even mashed potatoes.
