Crispy Chicken Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened.
02 - 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken (about 9 ounces).
03 - 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional).
05 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour.
06 - 1 whole egg.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice up chicken into tiny bits, using a knife or scissors, until it measures 1.5 cups.
02 - Mix together the egg, mozzarella, chicken, salt, cream cheese, and flour till it’s all blended smoothly.
03 - Put 1 tablespoon of butter or oil into a pan and set it on medium-low heat.
04 - Scoop out the mixture by tablespoons into the pan, press gently to flatten, and cook each side for 2-3 minutes till you see a golden color.
05 - Move the cooked fritters onto a plate covered with paper towels and let them rest.

01 - Chopping chicken is easiest with kitchen scissors.
02 - It won’t take long since the chicken is already cooked.
