Slice the mozzarella into small cubes you can easily eat in one bite.

Get 3 bowls ready: the first with flour, the second with whisked eggs, and the last with breadcrumbs and spices combined.

Roll each cube of cheese in flour, then dip it in eggs, and finish by covering it with the breadcrumb mixture. Ensure they’re fully coated.

Pour about 2 inches of oil into a deep pan and heat it until it hits 350°F (175°C).

Drop in a few cheese bites at a time and fry for 2-3 minutes. Flip them to brown evenly.

Scoop out the fried bites with a slotted spoon, letting the excess oil drip onto paper towels. Enjoy them warm.
