Souper Rice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups quick-cooking rice.
02 - ⅓ cup grated parmesan.
03 - 1½ cups chicken stock.
04 - 1 teaspoon powdered bouillon.
05 - 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup.
06 - Just a sprinkle of pepper.
07 - A bit of fresh parsley to top.

# Instructions:

01 - Pour the broth, soup, pepper, and bouillon into the pot. Heat it up until it's bubbling.
02 - Toss in the rice along with the parmesan and give it a stir.
03 - Put the lid on, turn off the heat, and let it rest for 5-8 minutes until it's soft.
04 - Fluff it up, then add a sprinkle of parsley to finish, if you like.
