Creamy Pork Chops (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - Fresh parsley, finely chopped – about 1 tablespoon.
02 - Thick-cut pork chops, bone-in – 4 pieces, 1 inch each.
03 - Some salt and black pepper to season.
04 - 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
05 - 1 medium onion, cut into thin slices.
06 - Mushrooms, one cup, sliced up.
07 - Heavy cream, one cup.
08 - Beef broth – 1 cup.
09 - 1 teaspoon paprika with a smoky kick.
10 - 1 tablespoon olive oil for frying.
11 - Worcestershire sauce – about a tablespoon.

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Generously sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with pepper and some salt.
02 - Heat some oil in a large pan. Cook the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned. Take them out and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, sauté onions for about 3 minutes until soft. Toss in mushrooms and garlic, cooking an extra 3 minutes or so.
04 - Add broth to the pan and scrape up any bits stuck to the bottom. Stir in the cream, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika.
05 - Put the pork chops back into the pan. Cover and let them simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender. Sprinkle parsley on top before serving.
