Creamy Crab Fettuccine (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of crabmeat, lump preferred.
02 - 2 cups of milk.
03 - 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley.
04 - 1/4 cup of butter.
05 - 1/4 cup of plain flour.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of black or white pepper.
07 - 4 ounces of cream cheese, cut into chunks.
08 - 1 pound of fettuccine.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
10 - 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated fresh.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the box instructions to prepare fettuccine until it's firm but tender.
02 - In a big pan, melt the butter on medium heat.
03 - Sprinkle the flour in and whisk it while cooking for about half a minute.
04 - Slowly pour in the milk while whisking every time you add some.
05 - Drop in cream cheese pieces and stir them around until they dissolve.
06 - Toss in the Parmesan, parsley, and all the seasonings. Mix well.
07 - Carefully add in the crabmeat and give it a gentle stir.
08 - Let the sauce stay on low heat until the crab warms through.
09 - Either stir the sauce right into the pasta or pour it over the top.
