Boil the pasta as per the directions on its package. Keep it aside when done.

Toss the cottage cheese, milk, parmesan, cornstarch, garlic powder, basil, and oregano into a blender. Blend until silky smooth.

Pour the blended sauce into a big pan. Heat it up gently over a low flame. Stir it now and then until it's nice and warm (takes about 5 minutes).

Mix the pasta right into the warm cheesy sauce. Stir well so it’s covered evenly. Sprinkle with some salt and pepper if you like.

Dish it up while it’s hot! If you want, add fresh parmesan, chopped parsley, or cracked black pepper on top.
