Cheesy Corn Casserole (Printable Version)

01 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
02 - 8 oz sour cream
03 - 8 oz box of Jiffy corn muffin mix
04 - 14.75 oz can of creamed-style corn
05 - 15.25 oz can of whole kernel corn, drained
06 - 2 whisked eggs
07 - Half a stick of melted butter

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and let it get warm. In a big bowl, mix everything together except the cheddar cheese.
02 - Put the mixture into a greased casserole dish (9 x 13 size). Spread it out nice and even.
03 - Sprinkle the cheddar over the top and cover the dish with foil or a lid. Bake it for 50 minutes.
04 - Take the lid off and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes. Keep an eye out for that golden brown cheesy top—you'll know it's ready!
05 - Let everything sit for about 5 minutes before digging in. It gives the dish a chance to firm up a bit.
