Add in yogurt, milk substitute, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.

Transfer to jars, seal them up, then refrigerate for 4 hours or longer overnight.

Blend the yogurt with milk, lemon juice, and maple syrup for the optional topping.

Give the oats a good stir, thin it out with a splash of milk if needed. Add icing on top.
