Healthy Cinnamon Roll Oats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
02 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
03 - 1 cup rolled oats
04 - 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
05 - 1 teaspoon chia seeds
06 - Small pinch of salt

→ Wet Ingredients

07 - 1 cup plant-based milk
08 - 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

→ Healthy Icing

10 - 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
11 - 1/2 teaspoon syrup made from maple
12 - 1 tablespoon yogurt (coconut-based)
13 - 1 teaspoon oat-based milk

# Instructions:

01 - Toss together oats with cinnamon, sugar, salt, chia, and flaxseed.
02 - Add in yogurt, milk substitute, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
03 - Transfer to jars, seal them up, then refrigerate for 4 hours or longer overnight.
04 - Blend the yogurt with milk, lemon juice, and maple syrup for the optional topping.
05 - Give the oats a good stir, thin it out with a splash of milk if needed. Add icing on top.
