Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Wet Ingredients

01 - 1 large egg
02 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
03 - 1/3 cup white sugar
04 - 1/2 cup melted butter (unsalted)
05 - 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed

→ Dry Ingredients

06 - 1 1/2 cups plain flour
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

→ Mix-ins

09 - 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Blend the sugars with melted butter until creamy. Add vanilla and egg, then combine.
02 - Gently stir in flour, baking soda, and salt. Toss in the chocolate chips last.
03 - Form dough balls using 2 tablespoons. Put them onto a lined tray, cover, and chill for two hours.
04 - Space the chilled dough 2 inches apart. Cook at 350°F for 11 to 15 minutes, just until the edges are golden.
