Poppy Seed Chicken (Printable Version)

Tender chicken mixed in a creamy, seasoned sauce and topped with buttery crushed crackers and poppy seeds. Serve over rice for an easy, filling meal.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 sleeve of crushed Ritz crackers.
02 - 4 tablespoons of melted salted butter.
03 - 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds.
04 - 2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning.
05 - 8 ounces of sour cream.
06 - 10.5 ounces of cream of chicken soup.
07 - 3 cups of shredded and cooked chicken.

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x9 pan with a spray to prevent sticking.
02 - In a bowl, stir the poppy seeds, ranch mix, sour cream, soup, and chicken together until smooth. Spread this mix into your greased pan.
03 - Toss the crushed crackers with the melted butter until every crumb is coated. Scatter this mixture evenly over the chicken layer.
04 - Pop the pan into the oven for about 18-20 minutes. The top should turn golden, and the edges should bubble. Let it cool for 5 minutes before eating.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Try serving it over egg noodles or plain white rice.
02 - You can use homemade, canned, or store-bought rotisserie chicken for this.
03 - Crackers can be crushed in their wrapper, a bag, or even with a food processor.
