Chicken Parmesan Tortellini (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups of broccoli cut into florets.
02 - 1 teaspoon of Italian herb mix.
03 - 12 ounces of tortellini stuffed with cheese.
04 - 1/2 cup chicken broth.
05 - 2 chicken breasts, diced into small chunks.
06 - 4 garlic cloves, chopped finely.
07 - 1 cup of heavy whipping cream.
08 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for topping.
09 - Salt and black pepper according to taste.
10 - 1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese.
11 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil for cooking.

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the instructions on the packaging to cook tortellini. Fresh ones need about 3-5 minutes, frozen take 8-10.
02 - Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken. Brown it in a skillet with oil for 5-7 minutes, then set aside.
03 - In the same pan, sauté garlic for a minute. Pour in the cream and broth, let it simmer a couple of minutes. Melt Parmesan into the sauce while stirring.
04 - Steam broccoli until it’s tender and still bright green.
05 - Combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, and tortellini with the sauce. Toss everything together to coat evenly.
06 - Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Sprinkle parsley on top for a fresh finish.

# Notes:

01 - Save some pasta water to make the sauce creamier if needed.
02 - Cook the chicken in smaller portions for even browning.
03 - Steam the broccoli ahead of time so it’s ready to mix in.
