Crack Chicken Penne (Printable Version)

Tender chicken and crispy bacon in a rich, cheesy ranch sauce poured over pasta. A fast, cozy dish perfect for dinner.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 packet of ranch mix.
02 - 1 teaspoon black pepper.
03 - ½ of a yellow onion, chopped.
04 - 10 ounces of penne noodles.
05 - 8 strips of bacon.
06 - 2 teaspoons of dried parsley.
07 - 4 ounces of cream cheese.
08 - 1 cup of sour cream.
09 - 3 garlic cloves, minced.
10 - 2 cups of shredded cheddar.
11 - 2 cups of chicken broth.
12 - 1 teaspoon of salt.
13 - 1½ pounds of chicken breasts.
14 - Chopped green onions for garnish.

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Boil penne till it's firm but cooked, rinse under cold water, and set aside.
02 - Crisp up the bacon in a pan, scoop it out, and save a spoonful of the grease.
03 - Season and cook the chicken cubes along with the onion, then toss in the garlic.
04 - Mix in the broth, cream cheese, sour cream, bacon, and seasoning, then bring it to a boil and lower the heat.
05 - Add in the pasta and cheddar, let it cook a bit, and finish with green onion on top.

01 - Cut the chicken into chunks about an inch wide.
