Cheesy Mud Potatoes (Printable Version)

01 - 1/2 cup chopped onion
02 - 3 teaspoons minced garlic
03 - 1 cup crumbled bacon, cooked
04 - 3/4 cup mayonnaise
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 6 cups diced and peeled potatoes

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set your oven to 325°F (163°C) and give a 9x13 baking dish a light spray of oil.
02 - In the greased dish, toss together the diced potatoes, cheese, bacon, garlic, and onion.
03 - Pour the mayo over the mixture and make sure to stir it so everything gets covered.
04 - Pop the dish into the oven and bake for around 1½ hours. The potatoes should be soft, and the top will turn golden.
05 - Scoop it out and serve while it’s still hot.
