Sloppy Joe Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
02 - 1 chopped onion.
03 - 2 green peppers, diced.
04 - 2 cups chicken broth.
05 - 3 tablespoons flour.
06 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
07 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper.
08 - 2 pounds ground beef, lean.
09 - 1 teaspoon salt.
10 - 4 minced garlic cloves.
11 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard.
12 - Cayenne pepper, as much as you like.
13 - 1 cup ketchup.
14 - 1/4 cup brown sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the beef, onion, and green peppers over medium heat until the meat is fully cooked. Remove any grease.
02 - Toss in garlic and cook for a minute. Stir in the flour and keep it going for another minute.
03 - Add the mustard, sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and broth. Stir everything together so it’s well combined.
04 - Keep it uncovered over low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
05 - Spoon into a serving dish, sprinkle cheddar on top, and let it soften. Serve warm with bread or chips.
