Effortless Garlic Philly Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cheese

01 - A whole cup of gooey shredded provolone or mozzarella

→ Aromatics & Vegetables

02 - One medium onion, cut into strips
03 - Around a cup of colorful bell pepper slices
04 - Two big garlic cloves, chopped up small

→ Base Ingredients

05 - One crusty, fresh French baguette
06 - A pound of thin-sliced ribeye or sirloin, the star here

# Instructions:

01 - Put the filled bread on a parchment sheet and bake for about 10 to 12 minutes till the cheese gets bubbly and melts just right.
02 - Pile all that juicy steak mix inside your bread, then smother it with a heap of cheese.
03 - Slice your baguette lengthwise but don’t cut all the way through—scoop some bread out to make plenty of space for the good stuff.
04 - Drop those steak slices and minced garlic into the pan, let them brown up but don’t overcook—four or five minutes will keep that meat nice and tender.
05 - Warm up your big pan and toss in the onion and bell peppers with a splash of olive oil, letting them cook and get soft and fragrant for about 5 to 7 minutes.
06 - Fire up your oven to 375°F (190°C) so it’s ready to melt the cheese and brown the top.
