# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 1 can (16.3 oz) of Pillsbury Grands! Buttermilk Biscuits

→ Cheese Filling

02 - 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
03 - 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded

→ Garlic Butter Coating

04 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
05 - 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
06 - 3 cloves of garlic, minced
07 - 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
08 - 1/4 teaspoon of salt
09 - 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano

→ Garnish

10 - Chopped fresh parsley

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Put some parchment paper on a baking sheet so nothing sticks.
02 - In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, oregano, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Make sure it's all mixed up evenly.
03 - Open up the Pillsbury biscuit can, then pull apart the biscuits. Flatten each one gently with your hands into a circle shape.
04 - Scoop about a tablespoon of shredded cheddar and mozzarella into the middle of each flattened biscuit. This is the good stuff!
05 - Fold the sides of the biscuit over the cheese. Pinch the edges to keep the cheese inside and roll them into sealed balls.
06 - Dip each ball into the garlic butter mixture, making sure they're well-coated all around.
07 - Set the seam side of the balls down on the baking sheet. If there's any leftover garlic butter, drizzle it on top.
08 - Slide them into the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until they're golden and smell amazing.
09 - When they come out of the oven, sprinkle some chopped parsley on top while they're still warm.

# Additional Notes:

01 - These little cheese-filled bites are best while warm, with the cheese all gooey and stretchy.
02 - Try swapping out the cheddar and mozzarella with your favorite cheeses to make them unique!
