Cheesy Bread Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A dozen frozen bread rolls.
02 - ¾ cup of mozzarella, shredded.
03 - ¾ cup of cooked pepperoni or sausage.
04 - 2 tablespoons of butter, melted.
05 - 1 teaspoon of dried Italian herbs.
06 - ½ teaspoon of garlic powder.
07 - ¼ cup of parmesan cheese, grated.

# Instructions:

01 - Let the rolls sit out for 2 hours to thaw. Set your oven to 350°F, and lightly grease a 9x13 pan.
02 - Press each roll flat to about 3 inches wide. Place some cheese and meat in the center. Fold the dough over and pinch it closed.
03 - Stir seasonings into the melted butter, then brush it over each roll. Sprinkle on the parmesan last.
04 - Pop them in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they turn golden. Enjoy with marinara on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Speed up thawing: Microwave each roll for 30 seconds per side.
02 - Put rolls seam-side down before baking.
03 - Pair these with marinara sauce for dipping.
