Easy Cheesy Beef Rice (Print Version)

01 - 1 cup cooked white rice
02 - 1 diced onion, small
03 - 1 pound of ground meat
04 - 1/2 cup of canned tomato sauce

05 - Chopped parsley for topping
06 - 1 teaspoon of garlic seasoning
07 - 1/2 cup of sour cream
08 - Salt and black pepper to suit your taste
09 - 1 cup grated cheddar

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F. Brown the onion along with the ground meat, then remove excess oil.
02 - Mix in cooked rice, garlic seasoning, sour cream, and tomato sauce with your beef. Add salt and pepper to flavor it just right.
03 - Place the meat mixture into a greased dish. Sprinkle cheddar shreds generously on top.
04 - Bake for 20–25 minutes until the cheese looks golden and bubbly. Sprinkle parsley before serving.
