18 - 2/3 cup granulated sugar.
19 - 3/4 cup of sour cream or plain Greek yogurt.
20 - 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream.
21 - 1 tsp vanilla extract, pure.
22 - 4 eggs, large.
23 - Ganache topping: 1 cup white chocolate chips.
24 - 1/3 cup heavy cream.

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set oven to 350°F. Spray a 9-inch springform pan with baking spray, then line the bottom with parchment paper.
02 - Mix the cookie base ingredients until smooth. Press it into the pan evenly. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until it’s golden. Leave it to cool.
03 - Stir together the dough ball ingredients into a smooth mix. Roll into little balls and freeze until firm.
04 - Whip the cream cheese and sugar until light. Blend in sour cream, heavy cream, and vanilla. Add eggs, one by one. Gently mix in the frozen cookie balls.
05 - Drop oven temperature to 325°F. Put the pan in a roasting pan with water and bake 80-90 minutes. Edges should set, with a soft center that jiggles a bit.
06 - Let the cake cool slowly in the oven, then refrigerate it. Make the ganache, pour it on top, and decorate with leftover cookie balls.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Let all dairy products come to room temperature beforehand.
02 - For best texture, chill it overnight.
03 - Using a water bath helps avoid surface cracks.
