# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter and light brown sugar until fluffy. Mix in vanilla extract and egg. Gradually add all-purpose flour, baking soda, and kosher salt. Stir in semi-sweet chocolate chips, caramel bits, and toffee bits.
02 - In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
03 - Press half of the cookie dough into the bottom of a greased baking pan. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the dough layer. Top with the remaining cookie dough by spooning over the cheesecake layer and gently spreading.
