Garlic Butter Snacks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
02 - 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
03 - 1 cup cubed mozzarella cheese.
04 - Salt and pepper, as needed.
05 - 4 tablespoons melted butter.
06 - 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! biscuits from the fridge.
07 - Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F.
02 - Use parchment paper to cover the baking sheet.
03 - Separate the dough so you’ve got 8 biscuits.
04 - Divide each biscuit into halves to create 16 pieces.
05 - Press each dough piece down to flatten it.
06 - Put a mozzarella cube in the middle.
07 - Close the dough around the cheese and pinch to seal it up.
08 - Arrange them seam-side down on the prepped sheet.
09 - Combine garlic, salt, and melted butter in a bowl.
10 - Paint the dough balls with your garlic butter mix.
11 - Pop them in the oven for 10-12 minutes till they’re golden brown.
12 - Use what’s left of your butter mix to coat the baked balls.
13 - Scatter Parmesan and parsley on top.
14 - Let them cool down for a little while before digging in.

# Notes:

01 - Be sure to pinch the seams tight so cheese doesn’t leak out.
02 - Tastes the best warm.
