Set your oven to 375°F.

Use parchment paper to cover the baking sheet.

Separate the dough so you’ve got 8 biscuits.

Divide each biscuit into halves to create 16 pieces.

Press each dough piece down to flatten it.

Put a mozzarella cube in the middle.

Close the dough around the cheese and pinch to seal it up.

Arrange them seam-side down on the prepped sheet.

Combine garlic, salt, and melted butter in a bowl.

Paint the dough balls with your garlic butter mix.

Pop them in the oven for 10-12 minutes till they’re golden brown.

Use what’s left of your butter mix to coat the baked balls.

Scatter Parmesan and parsley on top.

Let them cool down for a little while before digging in.
