# What You'll Need:

→ Main ingredients

01 - 1 big cauliflower head
02 - A couple tablespoons of olive oil
03 - Black pepper and salt, as you like

→ Cheese & Seasonings

04 - 1 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1 tsp sweet paprika
06 - Half a cup of shredded mozzarella
07 - Half a cup of grated Parmesan
08 - Chopped fresh parsley (for a little color)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Turn your oven on and heat it to 180°C (356°F).
02 - Get rid of the outer leaves, then slice the cauliflower into steaks about an inch thick.
03 - Put parchment paper down on a baking tray. Line up the cauliflower steaks, pour olive oil on them, and then sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
04 - Scatter grated Parmesan on top and bake your cauliflower for 20 minutes in the warm oven.
05 - Top the steaks with mozzarella and pop them back in the oven for another 10 minutes. They're ready when the cheese looks bubbly and golden.
06 - Toss some parsley on top and enjoy while they're warm.

# Additional Notes:

01 - These make a great side dish or can work as a main meal with something like chicken or fish.
02 - Swap out the cheese with nutritional yeast or vegan cheese if you're avoiding dairy.
03 - These are best eaten fresh when the cheese is all creamy and the edges are crispy.
