Carrots with Goat Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cinnamon spoon.
02 - 3 maple syrup spoons.
03 - ½ teaspoon pepper.
04 - 1 thyme spoon, chopped fresh.
05 - 4 butter spoons.
06 - 2 pounds of carrots.
07 - 4 ounces goat cheese.
08 - 1 sugar spoon, brown.
09 - ½ salt teaspoon.
10 - 2 spoons of butter for pecans.
11 - ¼ teaspoon sea salt.
12 - 1 cup pecans, cut up.
13 - ½ a cup packed brown sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Get the oven going at 350°F. Cover a baking tray with foil.
02 - Lay out carrots on your tray. Mix in the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, pepper, and salt.
03 - Cook carrots for 50 to 60 minutes. Flip them over every so often.
04 - Heat butter, stir in pecans, maple syrup, and sugar. Let it simmer for 2 minutes to thicken. Sprinkle salt.
05 - Sprinkle the pecans, goat cheese, and thyme on top of the warm carrots.

01 - Flip carrots on the tray every now and then.
02 - Put toppings on only when ready to eat.
