Caesar Croissant Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Mixture

01 - 2 cups of cooked shredded or diced chicken (rotisserie works perfectly)
02 - 1/2 cup of Caesar dressing, the creamy kind
03 - 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, finely grated fresh
04 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional, adds some zip)
05 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly cracked
07 - 1/2 cup chopped romaine lettuce, crunchy pieces
08 - 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (if you'd like)

→ To Put It All Together

09 - 4 croissants, halved and ready to fill
10 - Extra Parmesan, thinly shaved as a topping
11 - Lemon wedges to squeeze over, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a big bowl. Toss in the chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan, mustard, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir everything until it's nicely combined and coated.
02 - Slice your croissants through the center and open them up. Layer fresh romaine on the bottom half of each one.
03 - Pile the chicken mixture generously onto the lettuce-lined croissants. For a fresh touch, pop on some slices of cherry tomatoes, if you're into that.
04 - Sprinkle a bit of shaved Parmesan on top and close each sandwich. Serve with lemon wedges on the side, if you'd like to add a zing.

# Notes:

01 - Rotisserie chicken keeps things speedy and easy.
02 - Feel free to toss in extra crunch like cucumbers or onion slices.
03 - Great to pack up for a picnic or lunch break.
