Put some wax or parchment paper on a baking tray so it’s ready to go.

Slowly heat up peanut butter, sugar, and corn syrup in a pot on medium. Stir until it looks smooth and starts to bubble gently.

Add the vanilla and stir it into the warm mix.

Slowly pour the warm mix over the cornflakes. Gently stir until they’re all coated evenly.

Use a spoon to scoop little piles of the coated cornflakes onto the prepared tray.

Leave them on the counter for about half an hour so they can set, then dig in!
