Burgers with Baconnaise (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 soft burger buns.
02 - 1 lb of ground beef (80% lean, 20% fat).
03 - 4 slices of classic American cheese.
04 - 1 small onion, chopped finely.
05 - A pinch of salt and black pepper.
06 - 1 tbsp of any cooking oil.
07 - Half a cup of mayo.
08 - 2 tbsp of crispy crumbled bacon bits.
09 - 1 tsp smoked paprika for flavor.
10 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
11 - Chopped parsley (1 tbsp, if you'd like).

# Instructions:

01 - Put a skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat to get it hot.
02 - Make 4 beef balls, then press them into thin patties in the heated, oiled pan.
03 - Sear patties for about 2-3 minutes each side. Lay a cheese slice on top after flipping.
04 - Combine mayo, garlic powder, bacon, and smoked paprika to whip up your bacon sauce.
05 - Toast buns, spread sauce on them, add meat, and sprinkle parsley if you'd like some greenery.

01 - For juicy patties, stick with an 80/20 beef blend.
