Buffalo Chicken Lasagna (Printable Version)

A flavorful combination of buffalo-spiced chicken, creamy ranch cheese, and lasagna noodles layered into a delicious weeknight meal.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 12 ounces of prepared lasagna noodles, cooked just until firm.
02 - Shredded meat from a rotisserie chicken (about 3 1/2 cups).
03 - 1 packet of dry ranch seasoning.
04 - 24 ounces of cream cheese brought to room temperature.
05 - 1 cup of buffalo-style hot sauce.
06 - 1/2 cup of regular milk.
07 - 2 cups of cheddar cheese, grated.
08 - 2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese.

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Mix softened cream cheese with ranch mix, hot sauce, milk, and a cup and a half each of shredded cheddar and mozzarella.
02 - Grease a 9x13 dish, spread a thin layer (about a quarter of the cheese mix), and lay down some noodles.
03 - Stack the layers with more cheese mix, followed by chicken and noodles. Repeat the process until full.
04 - Put noodles on top, then pour the last bit of the cheese mix over, adding extra cheese on top.
05 - Wrap the dish in foil, bake for 45 minutes at 375°F.
06 - Take the foil off and bake another 10 minutes to let it get bubbly on top.
