Broccoli Cheese Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Chop 4 cups of fresh broccoli florets.
02 - A can of cream of chicken soup (10.5 ounces).
03 - 1/2 cup mayo.
04 - Half a cup of sour cream.
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar.
06 - A quarter cup grated parmesan cheese.
07 - 2 beaten large eggs.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
09 - A quarter teaspoon onion powder.
10 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
11 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt.
12 - A sleeve of crushed Ritz crackers (about 1.5 cups).
13 - Melt 4 tablespoons of butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat an 8x8 dish lightly with cooking spray.
02 - Simmer broccoli in boiling water for 3 minutes. Run under cold water and drain well.
03 - In a bowl, stir together the soup, mayo, sour cream, cheese, eggs, and seasonings until smooth.
04 - Toss the broccoli into the sauce, making sure it's all coated. Spread it evenly in the dish.
05 - Mix crushed crackers with the melted butter. Sprinkle the buttery crumbs over the broccoli mixture.
06 - Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden and bubbling. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes before dishing out.

01 - Tastes best served right out of the oven.
02 - You can prep everything in advance, minus the topping.
03 - Letting it cool a bit thickens the sauce.
