Broccoli Bacon Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
02 - 1 red onion, diced.
03 - 12 slices of bacon, cooked and broken into pieces.
04 - 4 cups of finely chopped cauliflower florets.
05 - 4 cups of finely chopped broccoli florets.
06 - 8 ounces of Colby Jack cheese, cut into small cubes.
07 - 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt, plain.
08 - 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar.
09 - 1/2 cup of honey (clover).
10 - 1/2 cup of mayo.
11 - 1 tablespoon sugar, optional for taste.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the yogurt, mayo, honey, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Put in the fridge to chill.
02 - In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, cheese, half the crumbled bacon, and onion.
03 - Drizzle dressing onto the mixture and toss it all together until everything's coated.
04 - Sprinkle the leftover bacon on top and serve right away.
