Fruit Mousse Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 fresh passion fruits.
02 - 3 spoons water.
03 - 2 teaspoons plain gelatin powder.
04 - ¼ cup granulated sugar.
05 - 1⅓ cups chilled heavy cream.
06 - 1 can of sweetened condensed milk.
07 - 1 cup of passion fruit juice or pulp.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine water and gelatin in a bowl till it absorbs the liquid. Heat in the microwave for about 30 seconds, then let it cool a bit.
02 - In a blender, mix the whipped cream, condensed milk, passion fruit, and the warm gelatin. Let it run for about 5 minutes.
03 - Spoon the mixture into small bowls or glasses and chill in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours.
04 - In a small pot, cook sugar and passion fruit pulp until it thickens slightly. Leave it to cool completely.
05 - Spoon the passion fruit sauce over the chilled mousse right before serving.

# Notes:

01 - You can skip gelatin, but it won't be as firm.
02 - Great to prepare a day or two in advance.
03 - Stays good in the fridge 4-5 days.
04 - Pop it in the freezer for up to 3 months.
