Combine water and gelatin in a bowl till it absorbs the liquid. Heat in the microwave for about 30 seconds, then let it cool a bit.

In a blender, mix the whipped cream, condensed milk, passion fruit, and the warm gelatin. Let it run for about 5 minutes.

Spoon the mixture into small bowls or glasses and chill in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours.

In a small pot, cook sugar and passion fruit pulp until it thickens slightly. Leave it to cool completely.

Spoon the passion fruit sauce over the chilled mousse right before serving.
