Smooth Boursin cheese whipped with a touch of cream, finished with a sweet, spicy jelly topping.

1 box of crackers, 10 oz.

½ jar of pepper jelly, 10 oz.

2 packs of boursin cheese (5.3 oz each).

1 tablespoon chopped chives.

1 tablespoon half-and-half.
# Steps to Follow:

Blend boursin cheese with the half and half for about 20 seconds until smooth using a food processor.

Place the whipped cheese in a dish for serving.

Spread jelly over the cheese (heat it up if it’s too thick). Sprinkle with chives.

Pair it with crackers or even pita chips for dipping.
