Quick Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 box of crackers, 10 oz.
02 - ½ jar of pepper jelly, 10 oz.
03 - 2 packs of boursin cheese (5.3 oz each).
04 - 1 tablespoon chopped chives.
05 - 1 tablespoon half-and-half.

# Instructions:

01 - Blend boursin cheese with the half and half for about 20 seconds until smooth using a food processor.
02 - Place the whipped cheese in a dish for serving.
03 - Spread jelly over the cheese (heat it up if it’s too thick). Sprinkle with chives.
04 - Pair it with crackers or even pita chips for dipping.
