# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil.
02 - 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (if you'd like).
03 - 1/2 cup creamy heavy cream.
04 - 5.2 oz garlic herb Boursin cheese.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.
06 - A little over 1.5 lbs of boneless chicken breasts (4 pieces).
07 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper.
09 - 1/2 cup chicken broth.

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Sprinkle the chicken breasts with paprika (optional), salt, and black pepper.
02 - Heat the butter or oil, cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until nicely browned. Take it out of the pan.
03 - Stir in broth to deglaze the pan. Mix in cream and Boursin cheese until smooth.
