# Instructions:

01 - Simmer the berries, sugar, lemon, and cornflour until they create a thick mixture
02 - Slice strips, twist them into braids, or craft pinwheel shapes
03 - Whip cream cheese, sugar, yolk, and flavoring until smooth
04 - Spread cream mixture and blueberry filling over your pastry shapes
05 - Coat pastry tops with the egg wash, then bake at 400°F for about 23-25 minutes
06 - Cool pastries completely before drizzling the icing glaze on top
