In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped bacon, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and optional chili flakes. Mix until fully incorporated.

Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties, about 4 inches (10 cm) in diameter and ½ inch (1.5 cm) thick.

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the chicken patties on top. Bake for 12–14 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the patties reaches 165°F (74°C).

Toast the brioche buns if desired. Spread 2 tablespoons of spicy mayo on the bottom half of each bun. Layer with lettuce, tomato slices, extra cooked bacon, and the baked chicken patty. Top with the other half of the bun.

Serve immediately with your favorite sides or fries.
