Bliss Bars Cranberry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup softened butter (for frosting).
02 - 1 cup dried cranberries.
03 - 1 cup butter, melted.
04 - 1¼ cups brown sugar.
05 - ½ cup granulated sugar.
06 - 2 eggs plus 1 extra yolk.
07 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
08 - 1 teaspoon orange zest.
09 - 2¼ cups all-purpose flour.
10 - 3-4 cups powdered sugar.
11 - 8 oz cream cheese.
12 - 2 teaspoons cornstarch.
13 - ½ teaspoon baking powder.
14 - 1 teaspoon table salt.
15 - ½ cup white chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk the melted butter and both sugars. Add in eggs, an extra yolk, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
03 - Slowly work the dry mix (flour, cornstarch, salt, and baking powder) into the wet ingredients.
04 - Fold half the cranberries in the batter. Spread evenly in the pan, then bake for 20-25 minutes.
05 - Blend cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Stir in orange zest, vanilla, and powdered sugar.
06 - Once bars are cool, frost them. Add the rest of the cranberries and drizzle with melted white chocolate. Slice into triangles.
