Cheesy Beef Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling Mixture

01 - 1 small onion, chopped finely
02 - 1 lb of ground beef
03 - ½ tsp cumin powder
04 - Salt and pepper as needed
05 - ½ tsp chili seasoning
06 - ½ tsp garlic granules

→ For Wrapping

07 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
08 - 4 large tortillas (flour)
09 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

→ Toppings (Optional)

10 - Chopped fresh cilantro
11 - 1 cup of salsa
12 - Serve with guacamole or sour cream if preferred

# Instructions:

01 - Place a big skillet on medium heat. Add ground beef and stir, breaking it apart as it cooks until it gets browned. Toss in the onion pieces and continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove extra grease from the pan.
02 - Mix in garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, and season with salt and pepper. Stir it all together so the spices cover the beef completely.
03 - Spread tortillas on a flat surface. Spoon the seasoned beef mix into the center of each. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese generously over the beef.
04 - Fold the tortilla edges inward, then roll it tightly starting from the bottom. Repeat this with the rest of the filling and tortillas.
05 - On medium heat, preheat a non-stick skillet. Place rolled wraps seam-side facing down and toast for about 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy, with melted cheese.
06 - Take wraps off the heat, top with salsa, cilantro, and either guacamole or sour cream if you’d like. Enjoy them warm!

# Notes:

01 - Try leaner ground beef so it doesn’t turn out too greasy.
02 - Bump up the heat by adding an extra pinch of chili or cumin powder.
