01 -
Place a big skillet on medium heat. Add ground beef and stir, breaking it apart as it cooks until it gets browned. Toss in the onion pieces and continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove extra grease from the pan.
02 -
Mix in garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, and season with salt and pepper. Stir it all together so the spices cover the beef completely.
03 -
Spread tortillas on a flat surface. Spoon the seasoned beef mix into the center of each. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese generously over the beef.
04 -
Fold the tortilla edges inward, then roll it tightly starting from the bottom. Repeat this with the rest of the filling and tortillas.
05 -
On medium heat, preheat a non-stick skillet. Place rolled wraps seam-side facing down and toast for about 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy, with melted cheese.
06 -
Take wraps off the heat, top with salsa, cilantro, and either guacamole or sour cream if you’d like. Enjoy them warm!
