Banana Cheesecake Loaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 ripe bananas, mashed (around 1 1/2 cups)
02 - 2 cups plain flour
03 - 1/4 cup sour cream
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 3/4 cup white sugar
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
09 - 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter

→ Creamy Filling

10 - 1/4 cup white sugar
11 - 1 large egg
12 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese
13 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F. Use butter or parchment to prepare a 9×5 inch loaf tin.
02 - In a medium-sized bowl, stir together the baking soda, salt, and flour. Leave the bowl for now.
03 - Whip up the butter and sugar until light and airy, around 3-5 minutes. Add one egg at a time, then vanilla. Blend in the mashed bananas and sour cream. Slowly mix in the flour blend until just incorporated.
04 - Blend cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla; mix until silky.
