Turn your oven to 375°F (190°C) so it warms up. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper.

Sprinkle some flour on your counter and roll the dough into a long rectangle.

Spread the ranch dressing evenly, leaving a small border at the edge. Lay down the mozzarella, chicken chunks, bacon pieces, and red onion slices.

Starting on one of the long sides, tightly roll the dough into a log shape. Seal the ends and seams by pinching them shut.

Put the seam-side down roll onto the baking tray. Brush the top with the beaten egg and cut a few tiny slits for steam to escape.

Bake it for 25 to 30 minutes until crispy and golden-brown. Let it cool for five minutes, sprinkle on the parsley, and slice it up to enjoy.
