Chicken Bacon Stromboli (Printable Version)

Soft dough hugging chicken, bacon, and ranch dressing. Great for casual dinners or a snack for friends!

# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 1/2 cup creamy ranch dressing
02 - 1 pound of ready-made pizza dough

→ Fillings

03 - 1 cup cooked chicken, diced into small pieces
04 - 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
05 - 1/4 cup thin slices of red onion
06 - 1/2 cup bacon bits or crumbles

→ Finishing Touches

07 - 1 beaten egg to brush on top
08 - 1/4 cup chopped parsley, fresh

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Turn your oven to 375°F (190°C) so it warms up. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Sprinkle some flour on your counter and roll the dough into a long rectangle.
03 - Spread the ranch dressing evenly, leaving a small border at the edge. Lay down the mozzarella, chicken chunks, bacon pieces, and red onion slices.
04 - Starting on one of the long sides, tightly roll the dough into a log shape. Seal the ends and seams by pinching them shut.
05 - Put the seam-side down roll onto the baking tray. Brush the top with the beaten egg and cut a few tiny slits for steam to escape.
06 - Bake it for 25 to 30 minutes until crispy and golden-brown. Let it cool for five minutes, sprinkle on the parsley, and slice it up to enjoy.
