Creamy salmon dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salmon

01 - 1 teaspoon freshly chopped dill
02 - 4 skinless salmon fillets
03 - 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
04 - Salt as needed
05 - A pinch of paprika
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
07 - A teaspoon of finely grated lemon peel
08 - Black pepper to season

→ Avocado-Feta Topping

09 - ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
10 - Juice of a small lemon half
11 - A big avocado, diced into small chunks
12 - Salt and black pepper for seasoning
13 - 1 tablespoon of sliced chives
14 - 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped dill

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up your oven to 400°F, and coat a baking dish lightly with non-stick spray.
02 - Stir together avocado chunks, feta, dill, chives, lemon juice, and a bit of salt and pepper in a bowl. Chill in the fridge.
03 - Dry the salmon fillets using paper towels and lay them in a baking dish. Mix together the oil, lemon juice, zest, and dill, then spread it over the fillets. Sprinkle on salt, pepper, and paprika.
04 - Pop the dish in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the salmon is tender and flakes nicely with a fork.
05 - Serve straight from the oven, with the avocado-feta mixture spooned over the top.
