Warm up your oven to 400°F, and coat a baking dish lightly with non-stick spray.

Stir together avocado chunks, feta, dill, chives, lemon juice, and a bit of salt and pepper in a bowl. Chill in the fridge.

Dry the salmon fillets using paper towels and lay them in a baking dish. Mix together the oil, lemon juice, zest, and dill, then spread it over the fillets. Sprinkle on salt, pepper, and paprika.

Pop the dish in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the salmon is tender and flakes nicely with a fork.
