# Ingredients:

Soy sauce or tamari

Ketchup

Rice vinegar

Light brown sugar

Canned pineapple juice
→ Thickener

Water

Cornstarch
→ Optional

Red food coloring (natural)
# Instructions:

Put everything except the cornstarch mixture into a pot and stir

Let it boil, pour in cornstarch mixture, stir until thickens, then lower heat

Cool it fully before storing; add food coloring if you'd like

Fresh pineapple juice isn't recommended

Stays good in the fridge for 2-3 weeks

Works great with sugar substitutes
